During the 1:1 program, we’ll spend six months getting to the root cause of your cravings while addressing any other health concerns.

You’ll get two 1 hour calls with me a month, plus additional resources to help you reach your health goals.

There is also an option for additional support in between calls.

At the end of our six months together, you’ll walk away feeling confident in your ability to manage your cravings long-term healthily and sustainably

Nope, sorry (not sorry!). My beef with meal and exercise plans is that they don’t teach you how to manage your cravings and stress in a healthy, sustainable way. My favorite part of health coaching is teaching you how to choose food that aligns best with your bio-individuality and health goals while incorporating long-term habits that don’t magically disappear at the end of 6 weeks.

Yes and no! While I don’t personally recommend tracking calories (or doing it myself), there is a food tracking and journaling component in the first month of the program to help you assess your eating habits. If this is a serious concern, let’s chat about other solutions for you.
Hell no! You won’t be ‘giving up’ anything; only finding ways to incorporate your favorite things into your life in a way that feels healthy and fulfilling to you. Take it from a chocolate addict that never plans on going into remission
